Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons or sale periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery Timeframe Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and shipping carrier. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, public holidays, or incorrect address information provided at checkout.

Shipping Destination We currently ship within India only.

Shipping Charges Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.

Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be shared with you via email or SMS where available. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update after dispatch.

Cash on Delivery (COD) We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option for eligible orders. COD orders follow the same processing and delivery timelines as prepaid orders. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.

Non-Delivery & Lost Packages If your order has not arrived within 15 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at truegood.store@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the courier and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Truegood is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
